Schedule

Day 1: Cleansing, Purifying & Clearing

8:00 am: Arrival, grounding and Intros

(option to arrive the night before)

9:00 am: Kambo Ceremony

1:00 pm: Lunch

2:00 pm: Bodywork (myofascial release), Cupping/Gua Sha (chinese medicine) and Mud/Plant Baths (shamanism)

5:00 pm: Break

6:00 pm: Dinner

7:00 pm: Yin/Restorative, Breath Work and Shamanic Journey

Day 2: Journey Into the Heart

8:00 am: Fruit, Ceremony Preparation & Bay Leaf Readings

10:00 am: Grandfather Medicine Ceremony

Flow of the Ceremony: We will start by gathering in a circle to open the space, set intentions and bless and drink the medicine. Afterwards, we will head into the forest to spend the day in nature. Throughout the day there will be a balance between silence/solitude and activities: activation exercises, altar creation, Earth offerings, sharing songs, swimming, water blessing all intuitively guided by the flow and energy of the group

6:30 pm: Dinner

8:00 pm: Fire Circle w/ support medicines

10:00 pm: Close ceremony

Option to come for a single day/ceremony

All ceremonies and activities are optional

Day 3: Integration

9:00 am: Optional Morning Movement

10:00 am: Breakfast

11:30 am: Closing Integration Circle with Cacao and Sound

Camping

$530

Camping supplies not included. Bring your own van or tent. Access to small community kitchen, tea/coffee station, and bathroom. Includes lunch and dinner on day one, fruit and dinner on day two, and breakfast on day three.

There’s also a living room area for a few people who don’t mind sleeping on the couch/want to bring their own air mattress

  1. Two Private singles (couples/close friends can share a bed)

  2. One Double (two full beds)
