We are all unique beings having our own, personal human experience in an ever-changing world of impermanence. One’s constitution, living environment, social and cultural surroundings, generation/age, occupation, genetics, lifestyle, diet, etc. all contribute to each of us having a one of a kind experience in this lifetime. And for this reason, the application of Yoga should be different and distinct for everyBODY.

Yoga Therapy is a complementary and integrative therapy done in a private one-on-one setting. All my consultations are viewed through a fresh set of eyes to honor the uniqueness of all beings, and all practices received are personalized to suit your individual needs, desires and goals.

I use an integrative and comprehensive approach assessing all the individual layers of the self (Pancamayam Model) not only on a physical level but on an energetic/physiological, mental/emotional and deeper personality level.
