“Weaving the ancient with the modern to empower others to lead more authentic and intentional lives.”

My mission is to offer and share ancient wisdom from a blend of different lineages I’ve studied over the past decade in a way that’s practical and can be integrated and applied to modern world living. My devotion lies in showing others the way to a state of reconnection with who they truly are through practices that have cracked my heart wide open and changed the way I act, speak, behave and view the world.

I'm dedicated to igniting change in the world through helping others feel empowered and confident in body, mind and spirit, so they can allow their inner radiance to shine forth and live from the expansive state of their heart. My medicine is to help others reconnect to the Earth and the elements, and to be a bridge of connection to the wisdom of our ancestors through prayer, ceremony and ritual.
