The March 14th Full Moon is also known as the Worm Moon, and signifies a time to embrace the new life of Spring and shake off the inertia of winter like earthworms emerging from the soil as it thaws. I’m sure you’ve heard of the term ‘Spring Cleaning’ in the sense of decluttering one’s personal living spaces, but what about cleansing for the body, mind and soul?
